General Information

A golf simulator is a high-tech system that uses sensors and cameras to track your swing and ball flight, allowing you to play virtual rounds of golf on famous courses from around the world. It also allows you to practice, perfect and analyse all aspects of your golf game from driving to putting.

Golfzon is a leading brand in golf simulation technology, known for its realistic graphics, accurate ball tracking, and a variety of virtual golf courses. With over 240 course to choose from, we’re sure you’ll find your favourite from St Andrews to Pebble Beach.

Our simulator bookable hours are 9am to 9pm Sun/Wed/Thurs and 9am to 6pm on Fri/Sat. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The lounge is open 5 days a week closing at 11pm Sun/Wed/Thurs and 12pm Fri/Sat. For holiday hours or special events, please check our website or social media for updates.

We are located on Dove Lane, Sidmouth EX10 8AN only 150 yards from the seafront. Ample parking is available at the Ham Lane Car Park, only a 2-minute walk to YRGolf.

Booking & Reservations

You can book a simulator online through our website. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability may be limited. Each player will be asked to sign a standard disclaimer for the first visit which will then be valid for future bookings.

Cancellations made at least 12 hours before your scheduled time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours of your booking may incur a fee of 50% of the booked rate.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Please be advised we are a cashless facility.

Equipment & Facilities

Each simulator comes with golf clubs for men and women, balls, and tees. You are also welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer. For your information, only 1 of our simulators caters for left-handed players.

Yes, you can bring your own golf clubs.

We recommend wearing comfortable golf attire or casual wear. Only rubber soles are recommended in the simulators, so please wear appropriate shoes.

Food & Drinks

We offer a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options. Our ‘Light Bites” menu features a selection of items available from 12pm to 8pm.

Yes, you can order food and drinks directly to your simulator. Our staff will deliver your order to you.
